Since the late 1980’s and early 1990’s Cape Town experienced unprecedented growth, both in population and geographical development, predominantly in Cape Town’s northern suburbs.
New enterprises opened their doors and existing businesses either moved there or expanded by establishing a presence in the area. Attorneys were quick to understand the new and increasing demand for their skills and services by opening offices in the northern suburbs.
With traffic congestion on Cape Town roads, the area has also become a more desirable place of work. The opening of the Advocates’ Chambers in Tyger Valley was prompted by the fact that a legal hub had been created in the Tyger Valley area and surrounds, including nearby Durbanville.
Having highly qualified and experienced counsel right on the attorneys’ doorstep enhances and augments the services attorneys can offer their clients, without continually having to spend long hours in the traffic to consult with and brief counsel.

Established by esteemed founding members JC (Jasper) Tredoux and Albert Mooij, Advocates’ Chambers Tyger Valley represents a bastion of legal proficiency. Strategically located within the Canal Edge Office Park at the Tyger Valley Waterfront, adjacent to the N1 highway (please refer to the attached map for precise coordinates), our chambers boast expansive office and boardroom facilities complemented by onsite parking for added convenience.
Comprising litigation specialists, our advocates bring forth a wealth of expertise garnered through their longstanding affiliations with the Cape Bar and Johannesburg Society of Advocates. With a steadfast dedication to excellence, Advocates’ Chambers Tyger Valley officially commenced operations on 1st March 2024, offering its services from Ground Floor, Canal Edge 2A, 4 Fountain Rd, Tyger Waterfront, Tyger Valley, Bellville.
